Leverage your Physical Booth at this years show by offering our attendee’s a “Virtual” Booth on this webiste. Now you can extend a one day booth to an all year long event. See below for details.
All our Exhibitors will receive, as part of their Exhibitor Package, a free listing in our online Show Floor and Exhibitor List, with contact information, booth number and a brief listing of your offerings. Below are some options available to our Exhibitors to enhance their Online Presence in our Virtual Trade Show:
OPTION ONE
You may elect to have a Virtual Booth at the Online Show. This booth is actually a mini web site complete with Full color Graphics of your product or service offerings and text that tells more about your company. We will have up to 7 links to your own web site and e-mail so that browsers may, click and go, to get even more information. If you do not have a web site, we can make as many as 4 pages connected to your booth to tell your story adequately and give you an interactive information request form, so attendees at the Virtual Show may request documentation or ask for contact. OPTION TWO
You may also have a Rotating Banner Ad showing on as many as 6 different pages on our site that links to your booth or web site. Shown below is the banner that will be running for the Booth shown above, on the site it will show in full color. These banners are placed on strategic pages throughout the site and will attract additional attention and traffic to your booth. These banners rotate in a group. A different banner shows each time a page is accessed by a web browser.
A Static Banner one that shows up on a selected page every time it is loaded costs $ 500.00 per year per page. Only 1 or 2 static banners are allowed per page.

This site will be available to the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, giving you much more exposure and opportunities to present your company to potential customers. This gives many who would have liked to attend the live event an opportunity to see the show as well as attract many folks from around the world to the Virtual Extension of the Show.
We will be registering the show with all the major search engines on the Internet and will also register each individual booth at the show. It is an extremely economical way to stretch your advertising budget and get added value from participating in our show.
It is our intention to show excerpts from the physical seminars and events at the show as well as video clips taken at the show, meaning we expect to have continuing traffic to the site even after the event. New this year...Online Seminars and Training Sessions will be available to our attendees on this webiste.
